Although kindness and generosity can be taught, not all people have a sense of compassion. But this six-year-old boy named Roman is an embodiment of a naturally compassionate person. The young kid, at an early age, vowed to help as many shelter dogs find new homes.
Roman’s mom, Jen, said that she is proud of what her son does. But more than this, she is happy that Roman is creating a positive change in the lives of the dogs he helps. Admittedly, Jen did not expect that her son would have this kind of compassionate attitude. She, though, is fully supportive of this because not all kids have this kind of advocacy.
According to Jen, Roman has always loved animals, particularly dogs. The young kid enjoys playing with dogs, so it came as no surprise that Roman can develop a good rapport with dogs. Jen shared that her family has two large dogs, even before Roman came into their lives.
When Roman was born, the two dogs became the boy’s companion. Jen attributes Roman’s love for dogs to their two large dogs. When Roman grew a little older, his consciousness to help shelter dogs began.
It all started when the little boy heard the story of Jen about one shelter dog. From there, the young kid told his mom that he wants to help these poor but cute shelter dogs. When Jen heard this testimony from her son, she got shocked at the same time happy.
She then helped her son materialize his mission. They started last year, and as of writing, they already helped hundreds of shelter dogs find a new home. Roman particularly finds joy in assisting senior dogs in finding a new and loving home. According to Jen, whenever they get successful in giving shelter dogs a new home, Roman becomes the happiest kid ever.
