Fahrudin Caki Bravo, the founder and lead rescuer of a shelter called “Saving Stray Animals In Bosnia” in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, was on a trip in Europe when he spotted two little bright eyes in the middle of the night. He pulled over and realized it was a young puppy, hiding in the bush. He approached him, but the little one wasn’t sure whether to come close or back off. He was so scared.
It took a little while but eventually, Caki managed to catch the puppy with the help of his friend. The little one screamed when they caught her. She wasn’t sure what really was going to happen and she feared for her life.
Caki comforted the puppy, and once they were inside the car, that’s when he discovered he was a she. He kept her warm and assured her everything would be fine. He gave her gentle pats on the head to help her feel at ease.
Before heading to their hotel, Caki and his friend decided to stop for a hot cup of coffee. At the café, they met a lovely woman, and he explained to her that he found the little dog in the middle of nowhere. The woman felt sorry for the puppy and cried.
The following morning, Caki took the puppy, named Taya later on, for a walk. They stopped by at a gas station to rest and placed the puppy down. He thought she was going to run away, but she didn’t. In fact, she kept an eye on him and made sure he was always around.
On their way back home, Caki and Taya saw the lady they met at the coffee shop. She invited them over and introduced them to her dog. After a few words, she told him she wanted to keep her forever.
The kind woman welcomed Taya into her new home. From the very moment she saw her, she fell in love with her. And from the second she had her, she showered her with so much love.
