As dog owners, we really consider our dogs as part of our family. They live far shorter lives than humans do and we all grieve when they pass away. It’s even much more devastating if we lose our beloved pets in an accident.
A man named Glenn Maloney experienced losing his dog, Mugsy. Glenn was home alone with Mugsy when he suddenly heard a car tire screech and a yelp. Thinking about Mugsy, Glenn rushed towards the end of his driveway. Sure enough, what he found devastated him.
Glenn found Mugsy lying on the ground. Mugsy was covered in blood and he was rapidly losing his vital signs. Minutes after picking up Mugsy, Glenn lost all signs of life. Glenn was devastated and he knew that his kids and his wife would also be saddened by what happened to Mugsy.
Glenn didn’t want his kids to see Mugsy dead. So, before his kids returned home from school, Glenn quickly buried Mugsy in the backyard. When his wife and kids came home, Glenn told them what happened and they all visited Mugsy’s grave.
Saddened by the tragic loss of Mugsy, they all decided to put a cross on his grave the next morning. They all said their goodbyes and everyone had tears in their eyes. They couldn’t believe that their beloved dog that brought so much happiness to their home was suddenly gone.
However, something happened that spooked Glenn and his family. The next morning, Glenn got up early and heard scratching on his door. He went to check the noise and found Mugsy wagging his tail and so happy to see Glenn again. At first, Glenn was shocked but he was immediately overwhelmed with joy.
He couldn’t believe that Mugsy’s alive. Although Mugsy was a little dirty from getting buried, he’s in good spirits and was just happy to see Glenn. Glenn took him straight to the veterinarian to get Mugsy checked. The vet explained that Mugsy’s vital signs slowed down so much following the accident that it seemed like he was dead.
Mugsy must have rested all through the night not knowing that he was buried. When he woke up, he just dug himself out of the grave and came back to his family. Glenn and his family still couldn’t believe it but they’re just happy that Mugsy’s back. Here’s a truly unbelievable video about Mugsy that will make surely make you believe in miracles.
