Yuma and Charlee have been best friends ever since they were puppies. The two Golden Retrievers love to play and get as dirty as possible together, and their days are not complete without stealing each other’s toys during playtime.

Darcy Michael shared that Yuma belongs to him, while Charlee belongs to his mom. He described that the two dogs were practically like siblings, and they love spending time together because they have been by each other’s side their whole lives.

Darcy said that his dog is the complete queen of toys and would never give whatever she is currently holding to Charlee, especially when they spend time together at home. However, everything changes when they are playing near any bodies of water.

Darcy recalled that his mom’s dog never fancied swimming and hated the feeling of getting wet. Charlee loves playing in the mud and does not mind being in the mud, but it is an entirely different story when water is concerned.

Charlee hates the idea of swimming in the water whenever somebody throws a toy or stick in it and would always end up looking longingly into the water. Yuma must have noticed that Charlee looked disturbed whenever lakes or pools are concerned, so she would swim out and get the toy for her playmate.

Darcy and his entire family shared how surprised they were when they saw Yuma going the extra mile by picking up toys from the water for Charlee. They said that Yuma usually does not share playthings with Charlee at all.

Yuma likes keeping all the toys to herself and even bark at Charlee whenever she sees her holding a toy. However, Yuma transforms into a caring sister whenever she sees that Charlee cannot have fun because of her fear of water.
